Registration Fees

The one-time registration fee paid to become a AK EMITRA SEVA KENDRA agent is non-refundable. This fee covers the cost of:

• Agent onboarding and verification
• Access to our AEPS platform
• Technical setup and support
• Training materials and resources

Transaction Fees

All transaction fees, service charges, and commissions are non-refundable once a transaction has been processed. This includes:

• Cash withdrawal transactions
• Balance inquiry services
• Mini statement services
• Any other AEPS services

Failed Transactions

In case of failed transactions due to technical issues or bank server problems:

• The transaction amount will be automatically reversed to the customer's account within 3-7 working days
• Service charges for failed transactions will not be refunded
• AK EMITRA SEVA KENDRA is not liable for any delays in reversal from banking partners

Service Discontinuation

If you decide to discontinue using AK EMITRA SEVA KENDRA services:

• No refund will be provided for any fees already paid
• Your agent account will be deactivated
• You will not be able to access the agent portal or perform transactions

Exceptional Circumstances

AK EMITRA SEVA KENDRA reserves the right to make exceptions to this no-refund policy at its sole discretion in exceptional circumstances. Such exceptions would be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and do not set a precedent for other cases.

Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new refund policy.
